- All benefits offered by the Membership that is assigned with an expiry should be utilized within the expiry date stated and no extension will be allowed, unless otherwise stated.
- Yuan Cuisine Group reserves the right to decline any usage of Membership for any reasons deemed as appropriate by management.
- The Member agrees that all information submitted during the application of this Membership is accurate and true.
- Membership is strictly non-transferrable.
- Member must be at least 16 years of age in the calendar year of application.
- Cuisine Group shall not be responsible for any unauthorized usage of the Membership.
- Yuan Cuisine Group Privilege Membership must be presented before payment to enjoy all, or any part of the benefits accrued to it.
- Yuan Cuisine Group reserves all rights to amend or withdraw all or any part of the benefits or privileges conferred by the use of the Membership at any time, at our sole discretion.
